Some Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) levels are above 100%, is this safe?
Certain vitamins are very safe at levels 10s or even 100s of times the NRV, whereas for others the safety level is much closer to the NRV, for this reason every vitamin and mineral needs to be considered on an individual basis in terms of its upper safe level. The NRV is the amount of a vitamin or mineral that has been calculated to help prevent basic deficiency states in the general population. However, certain vitamins and minerals at optimum levels above the NRV have consistently been shown to have positive benefits in specific areas of health. This is why some of our formulas have certain nutrient levels greater than 100% NRV.

What is the best time of the day to drink VitaZam Collagen?
It is recommended to drink 25ml in the morning on an empty stomach.
How often should I take VitaZam Collagen?

We recommend drinking 25ml on an empty stomach for best absorption. Alternatively, you can consume the product after meals if you experience indigestion or gastrointestinal upset. We also recommend drinking the product as an energy boost because it contains vitamin B6, contain vitamin B6 at 100%.
For how long to you need to take the product to see visible results?
For best results drink 25ml daily for 12 weeks!
The product results will vary depending on the individual and their starting skin, hair, health conditions, diet and lifestyle. According to our clinical trial results, with daily and consecutive consumption of the product (25ml), one can expect the skin to become more hydrated within 3 weeks, followed by a reduction in fine lines and deeper wrinkles within 6 weeks and an increase in skin elasticity within 9 weeks.

Taking more than 1 serving at a time may result in over consuming some of the vitamins and minerals found within the liquid collagen supplement.
