Only 10 days in
Only been taking for 10 days & I cannot get over the improvement in my skin. Fine lines around my eyes are significantly reduced, under eye hollows lessened, lips plumper & general tone/texture much clearer, brighter & smoother. I have spent a small fortune on creams, serums, cosmetic treatments etc over the years (I’m late 40’s) & this liquid has given more bang for my buck & overall satisfaction without any risks or side effects. Plus it’s got to be doing good internally – joints etc. It’s sugars free and have vitamin C which is good for absorption and hyaluronic acid and aloe Vera and some other good stuff as well.

High Dosage Collagen
Each 25ml service of this has 10000mg of marine collagen, which is about 4x dosage of my daily tabs.After about a week of taking it, it does seem to help with the odd joint twinge I’ve been getting from training, which is encouraging.Costwise, it’s a little more pricey, but if it does some good, I’d rather use this than tablets with lower dosage.As for taste, it’s not the nicest thing to drink, the flavouring masking the fact that you’re swallowing what seems like connective tissue from some poor creature, but given the dosage, you have to allow for such things, plus it’s quite thick, like old style cough mixture.A little measuring cup would help the dosage, as I tend to overestimate a little; but I ended up using a very small measuring beaker for it.At the moment, I’m considering replacing my subscription of collagen tabs with this liquid, which is quite high praise.

This has a mildly sweet flavour of berries, and isn’t at all distasteful. Adding a small amount to water, juice or a fruit smoothie works well. No digestive issues after taking it. This is a marine based collagen rather than a bovine. I normally take a powder in my daily smoothie but this liquid is handy for the days I’m not making a smoothie. The taste isn’t unpleasant but it isn’t particularly enjoyable either. You take 25ml and there’s nothing to measure it with but then again I hate scoops and spoons with supplements that just wastes plastics so it’s not a big deal. It’s quite a comprehensive mix which I appreciate. Price wise it’s over £1 per serving which is a bit high but not out of the question for me.

The ingredients of this are great but you should check that it doesn’t conflict with other vitamins you are taking since this has a lot of vitamin Bs, C and D, though you probably won’t get any benefit from D unless you also take K2 along with this as it’s not included.You also get 10000mg of marine collagen which is pretty high compared to other brands I’ve tried.The flavour is kind of gross and I definitely make faces every time I drink it, doesn’t have any distinct flavour that I could pinpoint just tastes like some chemicals (soap, facewash or something) with a bit of bitterness and a bit of sweetness.There isn’t a measuring cup included which I actually prefer to avoid waste, I just use a 25ml cup that came with another collagen bottle that I saved so dosing it is pretty easy, it should also be refrigerated after opening

I think taking collagen is great and helps many areas of the body.Because is liquid can be taken in many different foods and drinks. The taste is not very nice but is better when you mix it with orange juice for example.The size is 500 ml and the bottle is really good.

I have been using marine collagen for over a year now on powder form and have definitely seen and felt the benefits.. Fun more energy to less joint pain.I have never tried marine collagen in liquid form before… The taste is not to bad and its simple to take once a day for myself…I can’t comment on the results as its too early….I would of liked to have known where the wild caught fish are from etc etc….Worth a try in my opinion for the possible health benefits of marine collagen….

Only 10 days in
Only been taking for 10 days & I cannot get over the improvement in my skin. Fine lines around my eyes are significantly reduced, under eye hollows lessened, lips plumper & general tone/texture much clearer, brighter & smoother. I have spent a small fortune on creams, serums, cosmetic treatments etc over the years (I’m late 40’s) & this liquid has given more bang for my buck & overall satisfaction without any risks or side effects. Plus it’s got to be doing good internally – joints etc. It’s sugars free and have vitamin C which is good for absorption and hyaluronic acid and aloe Vera and some other good stuff as well.

I’m currently losing weight and I want to keep my skin as tight as possible during this, so I am taking regular collagen supps everyday. I am experimenting with different forms, from powder to liquid.This liquid supplement is very convenient, I simply take a shot everyday and it gives me 10g, which is a sufficient daily intake alongside my normal diet. It also included supplementary components like vitamin c and silica which greatly help skin health and help synthetise collagen.It doesn’t taste too bad either, I would prefer they used fewer sweeteners to keep it as pure as possible and because Stevia, although natural, has been shown to have negative effects on the heart,The bottle keeps it fresh and is easy to dispense from.At a 25ml serving, the 500ml bottle has 20 servings, making a collagen powder generally better value for money, as this doesn’t even last a month unfortunately.

This is a marine based collagen rather than a bovine. I normally take a powder in my daily smoothie but this liquid is handy for the days I’m not making a smoothie. The taste isn’t unpleasant but it isn’t particularly enjoyable either. You take 25ml and there’s nothing to measure it with but then again I hate scoops and spoons with supplements that just wastes plastics so it’s not a big deal. It’s quite a comprehensive mix which I appreciate. Price wise it’s over £1 per serving which is a bit high but not out of the question for me.
