Shipping Policy – Free UK Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK and most oversea countries including the EU. All orders placed before 1pm are processed overnight and dispatched the next working day from our order centre in the UK.  UK Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 working days, whereas international delivery can take longer depending on the country of delivery. When you shop online, the delivery costs are usually calculated automatically and shown in the shopping basket before you confirm your order. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all the UK orders nationwide.

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on country, and may be subject to delays arising from customs clearance or your local carrier. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable because they have been refused, unclaimed or the delivery address is incorrect. If this happens, you are able to get the package re-sent. If you no longer require the package, the value of the items contained will be refunded, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return the package to us. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded.

Not At Home to Receive Your Delivery

If the parcel is delivered and you are not there to receive it, a card may be left asking you to collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail sorting office, which will be much closer than the nearest depot of a national carrier. You may also specify that the order is delivered to a ‘safe place’, or your work address if you are unable to be at home to receive it.

Brexit / Custom Fares

Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the destination country. We are unable to cover any additional charges applied during customs clearance, these must be paid for at the customer’s obligation. Unfortunately, international shipping costs are non-refundable. This is applicable to consignments that are returned by the customer, courier, fail the customs clearance process or are rejected on delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. You can log onto ‘My Account’ and check the status of your order using the order number.

We will send you a tracking number in your confirmation email so you can track your order on the letter carrier’s website (tracking available depending on courier service).

Please remember that once a parcel has been shipped from our warehouse, the tracking number will not be active until the letter carrier receives the parcel and updates the tracking status. Therefore, please allow one to two working days for your tracking number to be activated.
