VitaZam offers free shipping all over the United Kingdom for any amount of order.
On UK orders of any amount, goods are dispatched without any handling fee and only £0 charge by second class 48 Hours service, normally within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order (Please note, all orders are dispatched Monday – Friday, orders received by us over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day). We aim to deliver its products with second Class 48 Hour Service within 3 to 5 working days.
If you require 1st class post please check this option at checkout. For first class deliveries please allow between 1 to 2 working days after dispatch of order.

If you are requested to return goods by VitaZam, to allow investigation to occur we ask you follow the returns procedure above.
Refunds and/or complaints
We want to make ordering on the Internet as easy and stress free as possible. If you order a product that you subsequently decide you do not wish to purchase, for whatever reason, then simply let us know within 14 days of delivery and return our product subsequently in next 14 days of delivery and we will be pleased to refund the cost of the goods.
